We provide appointment booking, document preparation, and communication coordination services for opening bank accounts in Hong Kong and overseas. Service fees and third-party charges will be disclosed before you engage us.
Starting with company incorporation documents, shareholding and beneficial ownership, business background, and evidence of business activity, we help organize the bank application checklist and appointment communications.
Organize documents according to residence status, account-opening purpose, address, and tax residence. Eligibility for non-residents and remote applications is subject to the bank’s product conditions.
Distinguish the place of company registration, actual place of business, local business connections, tax number and authorized persons, then confirm with the prospective bank whether it will accept the application.
Distinguish between licensed banks, electronic money institutions, and payment institutions, and help explain remote identity verification, account features, and acceptance scope.
OUR COMMITMENT
This undertaking applies only to our company’s account-opening appointment service fee and does not guarantee that the bank will approve the account. Bank search, witnessing, notarization, courier, or other actual third-party charges, as well as account deposits and balance requirements, are not part of our service fee. If applicable, Mr. Tang will explain them in writing before the appointment, subject to your confirmation.
Payment triggers, the deliverables defining successful account opening, appointment cancellation arrangements, and third-party fees will be specified in writing before accepting the engagement. Deposits or minimum balance requirements must not be described as service fees, and purchasing insurance or other products does not guarantee account opening by our company.
