The appointment form collects your name, phone/WeChat/WhatsApp or email, target market, account type, preferred bank, optional company name and non-sensitive requirements you voluntarily enter. We do not collect identity document photos, complete bank statements, banking passwords or verification codes through this form. Please do not enter this information in free-text fields.
02 / How information is used and transmitted
With your consent, the information is sent by this website’s server via encrypted SMTP through Tencent Enterprise Mail to Drew@sfc8.com for needs discussions, quotations and appointment follow-up. This initial form does not persistently store customer information in this website’s temporary files or public database. Acceptance by the mail server does not mean the email has been read.
03 / Save and access
The company should properly manage sent emails and subsequent business records as required for service needs and under applicable law; this website makes no promise of automatic deletion upon expiry. Access should be limited to authorized personnel with a business need. If materials later need to be provided to a bank or professional firm, the necessary scope and submission method will be confirmed separately.
04 / Cross-Border Services and Third-Party Services
You may communicate with service personnel or banks in Hong Kong, mainland China, and your intended account-opening location. The website host, email provider, and banks each have applicable privacy rules; any subsequent transfer of information must be handled as required for the business purpose and under applicable law. We do not sell your form information.
05 / Website technical information
The hosting platform may process necessary access, security and basic analytics data. The form’s anti-abuse feature uses temporary network-origin counts and does not write request bodies to application logs. Checking the initial document checklist is for browsing the page only and does not automatically submit it to the company.
06 / Your request
You may contact Drew@sfc8.com to request an inquiry, correction, withdrawal of appointment consent, or deletion of information. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing; if statutory retention or business-record requirements apply, we will explain this to you. Do not provide bank passwords or verification codes in a deletion request.
